Singing in the Shower Like the Old Days

“Before counseling there were hardly any moments of joy. I had no patience with my family nor being able to be with my children. I had a barrier that was keeping me from enjoying my family and my life.

Now, I find myself singing in the shower like in the old days, I surprisingly enjoy music while I commute through heavy traffic in a rainy day.

My children are getting closer to me and they even smile more, as if they knew the negative energy I had was gone.

Was Face Down in the Mud
